Andrius Vengalis is the Chief Operating Officer at ICM, bringing 20 years of experience in construction and the aquarium industry. Originally from Lithuania, he holds a Master’s in Civil Engineering & Project Management from Kaunas Tech University. He has been pivotal in organizing ICM’s construction department, pioneering advanced waterproof concretes for the aquarium sector, and overseeing the installation of some of the industry’s most iconic and complex acrylic structures.
