A private client in Vietnam engaged ICM to conceptualize and design a unique theatrical venue capable of hosting diverse performances throughout the year. The venue’s programming will adapt to different audiences and seasons, drawing inspiration from iconic projects like the House of Dancing in Macau while pushing the boundaries of performance innovation. Importantly, the venue integrates key animal interactions responsibly, adhering to the highest standards of animal welfare. This element enhances the connection between the performances and the stunning natural surroundings in which the venue is located.

Collaborating with a renowned U.S.-based creative director, the ICM team envisioned a series of performances blending human artistry with live animals, water effects, fire features, and dynamic stage elements. These modular systems allow for rapid stage transformations, enabling multiple unique shows in a single day. ICM meticulously developed five distinct concepts tailored to the target audience and the client’s vision.
