Oceania Mall Cylinder

This giant double-walled cylinder aquarium has a panoramic elevator passing through the center, to give visitors a breathtaking, fully immersive view of the aquarium habitat. The aquarium tank is 24 meters high, with a 10-meter diameter. Once completed, the largest crane in Russia was needed to lift the massive aquarium pieces into place in the mall. The process, from design to completion, took about 15 months to complete. ICM used a filtration system with a modular design so any component can be adjusted without altering the function of the others. The system is located beneath the tank and was designed to be hydraulically stable to maximize the integrity of the aquarium.

The awe-inspiring tank creates a welcoming spectacle, and along with the immersive experience, turns space into a must-see destination.
This architectural masterpiece hosts 3,200 artificial corals. Moreover, visitors to the Oceania Mall have spectacular views of 50 different species of sharks, rays and other fish.
